It sounds like you did not make an entry in the Name field. The name should be
entered as as ID# in the Name - ID field or as text in the [Name] - Other
field. If both of these fields are blank (only one needs an entry), TMG will
print "unknown repository" when the [REPOSITORY] Source Element is encountered.
