the memo I put everything I know about the picture: its size, any
photographer's identification, anything written on its front or back and by
whom if I know, where it was taken if I know. If there are two people in

there are a number of people, I make one the principal and the others

Fran,
Thank you so much for this suggestion. I haven't connected images to TMG
because I don't want them to be stored internally, making my file size much
to large the file is already 61mb+. My next computer will have a CD RW and I
want put the images on a CD. Every one of my computers give the CD a
different letter and you have to specify the entire path in TMG. Changing the
path would be too time consuming.
Your solution catalogues the photo and connect the person to the photo. If I
add < > around the tag memo when I edit the file in the word processor I can
do a search and find all the photos and their file name and import as needed.
Thanks again
