I am not sure that I know exactly what you mean, but there is no global method
for editing the Memos of tags. You can globally change place entries in the
Master Place List (MPL). This global change to the MPL may be done using the
Realign/Edit or the Search/Replace options. With the Realign/Edit option, the
entire MPL will be displayed and you may change is part of any place line
entry. If you want to change all of a particular entry, then you want to use
the Search/Replace option. For example, if you want to change all entries of
KY to Kentucky, then Search/Replace with do the job best and quickest.
It is suggested that after making a lot of changes to the MPL, you may want to
optimize your dataset. Select File=>Maintenance=>Optimize from the main top
menu.
If you want a report showing the persons and tags in which a certain place is
entered, you need to generate a List of Events report filtering for the place
that you are working with.
