You are correct in the above. Bob Velke will probably follow past practise
and let us
download the improved 4.0 for free. Since you need version 4.00 to use the
software, Bob does
not need to run registration checks on improvements to a version.

Upgrades from version 4.0 to 5.0 will be available at reduced price to
registered users. If you have not already, go to the TMG web site and
register your number.
