Select Library=>Ancestry Genealogy Library (other...) from the top menu of
TMGW. Then from the Ancestry Genealogy Library window, click on the Add
New Titles button to display the Unlock Manager. You will see the cursor
highlighting the free product title and the status of locked. Doubleclick
on that title to display the Yes under the Select column. You may then
highlight and select other titles (that are not free) if you wish. Now
click on the OK button to display the Unlock Products window. Follow the
instructions on tha window about calling the appropriate phone number.
During the phone call, you will be given a password to be entered in the
appropriate field. Then click on the Unlock button and that's it. Enjoy.

There is no provision for doing this on-line or by mail. It must be via
phone as you must give the Access Code that is displayed (differently) each
time that the Unlock Manager is accessed. FWIW, the phone call does not
take long -- primarily you give the agent on the phone your name/address,
which products to unlock, your credit card information (if other than the
free product is being unlocked), and the Access Code and the agent gives
you the password. It does involve telephone charges from outside the US,
but they should be relatively small as the whole process probably takes
about a minute or less with the agent.

Hope this helps -
