That will give me Wish 1. Well - you learn something new everyday!!
It is a pity that this entry is not adjacent to the other "Any ... " entries.
I think that this also give me the second wish -
BUT we do need a "CRW for Dummies" -like me!!
So the filter my previous mail becomes:
Any Tag. Event Goup(s). YEAR is greater than <census_year - 60> AND
Any Tag. Event Goup(s). YEAR is less than <census_year + 60>
