Hmm! That's the way I do it now. But I can foresee a change coming when
v4.0.a is released. Thanks to the influx of the UFT users, we will be able
to (before v5.0) assign Roles to all persons assigned to a tag. Not every
tag will have roles or will it be necessary to assign every role that is
defined for a tag. But you will be able to assign roles as needed. Thus
you could have a single Land Transaction tag for both the buyer and the
seller with Seller and Buyer roles. Or they might be Grantor and Grantee
roles, etc.

So you may want to want a bit before you make any changes.
