As an alternate/adaptation, which I found very useful:
Create a button as described below from Dick
Button Type:Text with "emailtxt" as the label
Tooltip Message: Open Email.txt
Executable Path/Name:C:\WINDOWS\NOTEPAD.EXE
OR Pass optional parameter:C:\TMGW\Reports\Email.txt

I have certain utility reports setup to output to email.txt
I also have a button with the quill icon to fire the Individual narrative that
outputs to the email.txt file

To send someone info, I click on the quill, press go for the last viewed
individual, TMG makes the file, I then click on my open email.txt button, then
copy and paste to an email while I'm still online (usually needs a bit of
cleanup). Seems to work well for me, all done from the TMG main screen. Again,
Bob did well!! (and both Dick and Lee)
