I tried my first print to file in RTF format today. When the file looks
like it is about complete, TMG displays the following error:

DDE Error:
APPFILE value must be specified in TMG.INI

Any thoughts on what I need to do to keep TMG happy enough not to display
this error message. The .rtf file looks OK as far as I can see. There are
no footnotes but I assume this is something that does not happen with .rtf
files. The .rft file has huge gaps throughout the report ("section breaks"
when viewed within MS Word 97) but no data missing that I can see.
