Hi, Allen:

I have neither quotation marks nor angle brackets in my Eudora 5.0
settings, and my address and name get them anyway. I think it's an SMTP
thing or the like. I suggested privately that the problem might be a SPACE
(not a blank field) in the subscriber's e-mail program's "name" setting.
