I enter a birth tag with a birth date of c Mar 1847 and put a note in
the memo of "as the age at death was recorded as". The source is the
death recird.

I have many of these explanary notes as text macros for age at death,
age at marriage, age in xxx census. From the SSDI I put in a death tag
with date and place even though the SSDI has last residence. I add: as
this was the last residence per the SSDI.
