I was hoping that someone had created an output report which could be output to a word processor and use the label template to format. One with name, birth, death, spouse, marriage date, and parents names.

This would probably be better acheived in a Word Processor, or Labeling
program. I just write in the name myself. Not real neat, but effecient.
