Not so, Barbara. NYC is not Kings County. NYC consists of several counties,
including Kings. Kings is mostly the Brooklyn part of NYC. Manhattan, which
most people think of as NYC, wrongly of course, is not in Kings. If you
really want to understand the municipalities of NYC you need a good map, a
history of the area and probably some personal knowledge of the area would
also help.-Dale
