Omni Pro ver 11 is said to have the capability of converting a PDF file to
text and also create PDF files.

However, as I reported in an earlier msg, there are some problem reports
floating about re ver. 11. I'm not sure if this is anecdotal as is true
with any new software, but we are watching it carefully to see if a pattern
develops.

Softscan is a very good company and they have excellent support, so I'm not
too worried about these issues.
