Ron - I don't know the answer to that one because I've always heard we
should use the codes. However, when I have copied memo text from my
wordprocessor and pasted it into TMG, I have had success with the tabs and
hard returns coming out okay on reports. Perhaps I have just been lucky
with them doing so. To be on the safe side, however, I do use the codes as
much as possible; sometimes I forget if the text has been copied, but
freshly entered text always uses the codes.
