specificly <http://www.tmgtips.com/tmgtutor.htm>. Look for Creating
a Custom Picklist, How to Create and set the RELATED BY Flag,
Tutorial on Report Filters, More on Report Filters.
I will suggest you start there and let us know what additional help
is needed.
