You might get a lot of answers on this one.
basically you need to find the solution that you like the best.
Some will use the patronym as last name, and make the
farm name as a note or location, others will make a "name var"
including the
farm name, still others will use the farm name as a last name. As
someone else
noted there is still arguments about it between Norwegian
genealogists.
You got also to remember they could have lived at several farms, so
which one
do you choose.
