And therein may lie the problem. If AOL 7.0 is geared for XP users it may
not be all that great for us Win95 or 98 users. Sometimes newer is not
always better -- we are sorry we switched and burned our bridges. I don't
know if we could switch back. But, I will say, that a lot has to do with the
those new digital lines as well. Phone access is slower and the faster lines
take precedence, so those who use digital and 7.0 get preference and those
who use a lesser mode and/or earlier version, 6.0 and before, have to sit and
wait. That's why we switched to begin with because we started experiencing
the delays typical when a newer version comes out. I sure don't have an
answer.
