Karla,
I used the event report to a Comma delimited file (or a spreadsheet format)
and then used the mail-merge function on the word processsor to generate
either labels or print right to the envelopes.

OK, another question.
What is the best way to get address labels out of TMG?
I didn't have any trouble coming up with the correct group of people...
descendents of person #74, living flag = Y, primary address detail is not
empty.
List of People didn't seem to do it. Neither did List of Events. I'm
currently running it as an Individual Narrative in which the only tag that
prints is the primary address tag. This is still going to involve an absurd
amount of cutting and pasting in the word processor.
I have wondered over the years why there isn't a pre-made address report
for mailing to relatives, but never really needed to use one before.
Thanks,
Karla Huebner
