Hi, all:
I don't have any suggestion about the specific question
asked, but I do have an observation. In tests of GEDCOM
output from the Sample data set, I noted that the tags
"Resided", "Address", and "Residence" do not export to
GEDCOM in the same way. I recall that they all *did*
export, however. I have not found it to be a problem,
and the behavior seems to be regular. I do not believe
the tag definitions (can) require it, but in that data
set one of the "Res..." tags seems to be used strictly
for a date range.
Again, it has not been a problem to me, but if the
issues of precision of meaning among these options
and/or their effects on GEDCOM export matter to you, I
suggest you do some tests in the Sample data set.
("Resided" may have been "Reside" but I don't think
so -- I'm not at home to look.)
