In general Address Tags are used for current addresses so that you can
create mailing labels and list. They have a name, street address, city
state and postal code. See Page 317 of the Reference manual.

Residence is for older residences and can have any one of the place
fields.

But I don't understand the 1836 - 1856 after the city and state. Is
this a date in the date field? It should be.
