1.Check to see if CD drive is correct letter D or something else. 2. Try
copying another file to the CD, say a word processing file, to see if the
problem is really TMG or your CD burner. If you are convinced the problem is
unique to TMG I would start by checking the manner in which you want to
backup the file. You have two choices depending on the OS you have. For
example XP takes the #2 choice and Windows 95 the #1 choice. Make sure you
have selected the right one, depending on your OS. I am presuming you are
using the "backup" feature of TMG. If none of this works try copying the file
to the CD instead of "backup". Also experiment with drag and drop from
Explorer to the CD to see what happens. All this ought to tell you enough to
narrow your problem somewhat-Dale
