No, your printing company will not have to have Word (or WordPerfect or
whatever program you are using). But they will have to be using the same
printer that you select for use. Another way of saying this is that you
need to install the drivers for the printer they will be using. Now this
might be a somewhat generic printer driver which may be the same as what
you may already have on your system. Just ask your printing company the
name of the printer they intend to use, and go to the Internet, download
and install the driver for that printer.
