Hello,
I just got a new scanner (HP 3500c) and it works pretty fast. It can scan a
picture in about 30 seconds. My old one a UMAX was extremely slow taking
quite along time. I don't know if it makes a difference or not or if it is
just coincidence but when I upgraded my RAM from 128 to 256 everything
seemed
to run faster, load faster, etc.
