Hi Myrnice/Astrid/Theresa:
Thanks for the replies. You have all concentrated on the Individual Reports,
when I thought I might need to provide more basic attention to things like
sources. I tried to copy & paste a typical individual report to show you
what I have, but it appears that cut&paste doesn't happen inside the
Individual Report, so I will type it out:
Jacob MORGAN(566)was buried(unknown name of person unknown record type,
unknown repository, unknown repository address; unknown reader, August 26,
2002.) He was Baptist. He and Annetta(nettie) GRAHAM (571) Jacob and Nettie
were married in the Baptist Church in Bridgetown, NS by license by Rev. WH
Warren(unknown author, Nova Scotia MarriagesAnnapolis County(n.pub.).). He
Chute says Jacobs wife was Annetta Chute, b. Sept 21, 1859(dau of John Chute
& Eliza Potter). John was the brother of Binea. He was Lumberman. He was
born on 28 Feb 1849 at Bear River, Nova Scotia(unknown author, 1901 Canadian
Census for Hillsburgh: NAC-6450, scanned original documents from website:
www.archives.ca(archivianet)(n.pub.).) He married Annetta (Nettie)
GRAHAM(571) on 22 Dec 1880 at Bridgetown, Nova Scotia(unknown author, Nova
Scotia MarriagesAnnapolis County.). He died on 13 Oct 1934 at Nova Scotia at
age 85. He was buried on 14 Oct 1934 at Morganville, Digby Cty NS(unknown
author, Charles Ramsay Funeral Home Records - Vol 1 (n.pub.).).
This makes for a long email.
Myrnice, although I have read some of the help stuff on tags, it is largely
greek to me. The genealogical programs that I have used have simple numbered
sources. When I go to the Master Source List, I am unable to find the source
number, or replicate the source order from my previous program.
Many thanks for your help.
Wayne
