All you could ever want to know is in "Ancestral Trails - The Complete Guide
to British Genealogy and Family History", Mark D Herber (Sutton Publishing,
Stroud, Gloucestershire, UK, 1997) ISBN 0-7509-1418-1. I was involved with
this publication when a director of Sutton Publishing & recall that several
editions were co-published in the USA - should therefore be readily
available through any decent bookshop.
