Aha! Now everything becomes clear. The sources you want to cite are *not*
IGI entries after all but actually microfilm copies of the church register
entries which you just happened to find using the IGI as the Index to them.
You should not therefore use the IGI source template to cite these sources.
If you are using the Lackey-style source templates in TMG you have the
template for Church Records and if you are using the Mills-style templates
you have separate templates for both Baptismal and Marriage records. Since I
don't use these templates myself, I'll leave it to someone else to suggest
how best to fill these in with the information you have given above.

Yes, you have control over whether the CD prints or not. In TMG 4.0 this is
done on the Report Definition screen > Publication Tools > Sources - check
or uncheck the box to suppress citation details. In TMG 5.0 this
functionality is not yet available.
