Linda, I'm certain that your problem can be solved without reentering
data. In the three hours since you sent this to the list there have been
replies from beta testers, prominent ex-UFTers, and other major
contributors to the list, but for some reason, the people at Wholly Genes
seem to taking Sunday (or at least the afternoon) off from monitoring the
list <VBG>, or I'm sure you would have heard from them by now.
Pete Hill's advice to contact tech support is the one I would
follow. Richard's plan will almost certainly work, but as he says it's a
tedious process and WG could probably find the problem faster.
