But if you work in (that is, edit) both copies, then when your session
is over and you close them both, don't you lose the edits in one of them?
The way I've always understood it, the one you save last will write over
the other one, so all the edits in the first one saved will be gone. Am I
wrong?
I think it's risky, at least for me, to have two unlocked copies of the
same file open at once, because sometimes I might forget which one I want to
have saved.
