Thanks for the prompt reply in regards to my previous post.

Removing the <[L]> from my sentence structure solves most
of my problem. Unfortunately, the detail field of the tag entry
screen is part of the Location. By removing <[L]> from my
sentence structure the narrative will not include the detail
such as the name of a hospital, school, church, etc. To solve
this problem I completed the detail field but left the city,
county, state, & country fields blank. Now my narrative
(when printed to screen) will show only the detail rather than
city, county, state, & country.

Is this the best way to handle it? Is there another solution?
Am I asking for trouble doing it the way I described?
