Hello Bruce,
According to the developers, all you need to do is copy the project folder
to the appropriate location under the main TMG folder on the new hard drive,
the default being C:\PROGRAM FILES\THE MASTER GENEALOGIST.
They also suggested reindexing the project(s). To do that, first copy the
project(s) to the new drive. Open a project and select File > Maintenance >
Reindex.
If you customized Preferences in your old installation you can restore
those. First exit TMG. Open Windows File Manager, navigate to the main TMG
folder and rename the file APP.INI, say to APP.BAK. Now copy the APP.INI
file from your backup location to the main TMG folder.
Do you use external exhibits? If so, they may be stored in the PICS folder
under the main TMG folder.
Hope this helps -
