I'd note the actual date (and time in the Memo with adjustments to the Tag
Sentence Structure) and then note the difference in the Citation Detail
which I would assume to be the death certificate. You could then discuss
the circumstances as to why the dates differ.

Sue Ellen had an uncle that we kinda wondered about that for awhile. But
in talking with his son, he died after midnight (about 1AM on 27 Dec) so it
didn't apply.
