Teresa - Perhaps this might work:

Birth Group Year Is Not Greater Than 1850 AND
Death Group Year Is Greater Than 1850 AND
1850Cen #of Tags Is Less Than 1.

I have been trying to set up a filter of the PE so that I can find everyone
born before 1850, who died after 1851, and who do not have a 1850CEN tag.
Can anyone help, because I seem to be getting people who do have 1850CEN
tags?
