Check to see if you have a file called tmg5setup.exe. If so you can execute
this file (either a single or double click based on your computer settings)
and reinstall TMG5. When you do be sure to check the option to add the

If you do not have the file, you can download it from the URL given on the
e-mail message that came with your serial number that you use to unlock TMG.
After you reinstall and open TMG the first time, you will be asked for your
unlock code (serial number) so be sure you have one before you start.

After you reinstall TMG, go to the automatic update (Help > Check for an
update) and update to the latest version. You will be asked again about
languages, so be sure to check the option again.
