I had the same problem as Jeff. I found in my 'saved messages' one from
Richard Brogger on 27 May:

I took Richards suggestion: ran "tmg5setup.exe", unchecked initial options
and checked only "Languages". It recognised my non-standard location (D
drive) and installed the languages option. On restarting TMG5.04 it asked
for my original e-mail authorization/serial number and opened with the
latest version update (5.04) with Languages now available from File.
