Descendant Individual Narrative Report output error for Witness:

Here is the witness sentence:
[WG] lived in the household of [P] <and [PO]> <[L]>< [D]>

I have all witnessed events checked on the report option; however, the output
sentence does not supply the witness name. Output is: [WG] lived in the
household of Thomas Edwards in Minnie Smith…..

I am sure this is something simple I am overlooking…………….
