Caroline Gurney provided us with a source she calls *Memorial Card.* I
would use that to source what you have--the full footnote reads:
Memorial card for the funeral of [Name of Person] at [Location], [Date]
([Repository], [Repository Reference]) <[CD]>
I would (and have) change the Repository Reference to Repository Address.
Also change the word card to something more descriptive. Make the
bibliographic template to resemble the Mills bibliography entries so won't
look out of place in a bibliography. This source might require you to
create a source element or two (e.g. Name of Person) or you could simply
substitute another element that would give you the same template.
As to pallbearers and clergy, you could put it in the Memo of the funeral or
burial tag, or you could do what I did--create Roles for them in one of
those tags. You will need six roles for pallbearers--all you need do is
copy and paste the same sentence, simply changing the Role name from
Pallbearer1 to Pallbearer2, etc.
