You didn't address the limitation of the GEDCOM tag vs. how TMG records
relationships.

(OBD) Gedcom has alot of shortfalls, but to me it seems that this problem is solveable. TMG has so far chosen a "no solution" instead of trying to find a way around it.
I would prefer an option in the export routine where at least I am asked wether I want to export adoptions according to gedcom 5.5 (both parents being adoptiv parents), or none of them. Other programs hav solved this in a similar way, why not TMG?

Tools > Master Place List

(OBD) OK. I have used it and find it not good enough. This is the routine I would like to have improved.
The french market leader Heredis has tried to solve this. Here you are asked in the import routine how you would like this sequence. e.g. 1st place = detail, second place = county.
The present routine in TMG is rather cumbersome when the task is to alter 2-3000 place names after import.
