Ole,
Believe me-Bob considers much more than just supportive mail. If he considers
the idea might be worth including in the program he'll usually join in the
discussion with very detailed and pointed questions about exactly the feature
should work, what the normal user would expect from it, how it will interact
with other features, etc.
At times it can seem that we are being grilled by an FBI or IRS agent but
such a discussion can bring out unthoughtof flaws or problems and is overall
a *very* good thing.
