Correct, descendant journal narrative as shown on my site.

Yes correct again. Each root is the starting ancestor for descendants
and includes the 8 people in the fist report plus more.

The descendant narrative gives a nice header for each focus person. The
one using Roots does not. Also teh indenting is different and it does
not look as nice. Both are posted on line and if you have the time to
look the differnce is very obvious. I have copied all teh basic headers
and html meta tags etc to the Root report.

My impression is that just using the 8 focus people it generated a
report of 535 people. Using just the Root people came up with over
3,000. I was expecting that if I removed the 8th focus person and
replaced it with the Root=Y it would come up with 3,000+ but it came up
with less than 600. I suppose its possible is picking up 4,000+ dupes
that are not conted in one format?

No, but in the Root one I just have Rppt flag =Y and it does not have
closing brackets.

Are you suggesting it would have been better to copy the descendant
narrative and then remove the focuses and add the root flag?
