I wish TMG had the option to include or exclude the CD for a particular
source when citing in a report.

Many of my citations come from the published Gloucester Massachusetts
Vital Records to the end of the year 1849 and my CD contains Birth,
Marriage or Death and the page number and the source that the VRs used
(CR1 = First Parish Church). The vast majority being from town records
there is only the page number.

However in other citation, the CD is an important part of the citation,
say a Census with the ED etc.

So I would like to be able to suppress the CD for Source 1, GVR, but
keep it for Source 81, the 1881 Canada Census.
