There is a problem here. Part of the Full (and Short) Footnote for most
Sources is the Citation Detail (CD). You don't have access to the CD in
the List of Source Report. On the other hand, if you don't need the CD,
then you might be able to get what you want similar to the Preview
displayed in the Source Definition screen (Output Forms tab). Bob would
have to add it as a Wish List item for a future version/upgrade.
