Oh good, then it means that we are on the same page. <G> Like you, I don't
mind having <[CD]> in the output, if it would just print in the full footnote
form. Since my bibliographies don't print like they should, until we get
this option, I think I am going to copy the FULL FOOTNOTE to the Bibliography
Form. I don't use bibliographies so this won't hinder me any.
