I remember a micro-computer manufacturer calling themselves the itty bitty
machine company with the abbreviation ibm (note small letters). I know IBM
sued them for trademark infringement, but I think they won as they showed
that no one would confuse them with IBM. I believe they then went belly up
shortly thereafter.
