Hi Rick,
I do believe, that both our problems are the same if you did reuse a backup
file name (e.g. the file names TMG automatically uses when going through
the cycle - like 'projectname_1.sqz', 'projectname_2.sqz' ...).
If so, try backing up without exhibits to a new, manually entered, file
name that previously wasn't used and see if that works.
