Based upon the error message, I'd say nothing is wrong with the
DLL itself. I'd suspect something to do with disk space problems; a scratch
file set to read-only that needs to be written instead, or just lots of
stuff in a temp directory which gets purged only after a reboot or a few
days timeout (browser cache expiration, etc.)
