When I set up my custom place styles, I have left Addressee; Detail;
Country; Postal; Phone; Lat/Long; Temple as they were set out in the
original style.

I have altered City usually to "Suburb"; County to "Town/City"; State to
"Province" or "Homeland" or "County" or left it as "State". This means when
I am searching for a town/city, for example, and I am not sure which country
it is in, I only have to search in one place.

Now to answer your question above - for me, allowing for short titles, I
would prefer changing City to "Suburb"; County to "Town/City" or perhaps
only "City" and State to "Province" but I could live with it remaining as
"State".
