Klaus,
I too have that same issue after adding a new Tag and then running an
Individual Narrative on someone with an instance of the new Tag attached
to them. I now do the same thing Beth does--after adding a new Tag, I
run Optimize and VFI.
I personally got huffy and puffy about it (been reading The Three Little
Pigs lately) for a couple of hours, then I got over it and chalked it up
to a program quirk that does not affect data integrity.
