Earlier I said "I suspect that the program is objecting to the idea of
changing a flag that it is using in the filter. I suggest making a new
flag "MadisonFamily" defaulting to no and setting that to yes for the
secondary output."
In some subsequent work I had occasion to use a set-flag LOP report to set
the very flag that I was filtering the report on. It worked like a charm.
