I think that no matter what later version of Word you select, tmg is
going to produce, basically, a Word 95 file. If you save to a different
name in Word 97 format and compare, you will find the new file
significantly larger than the original.
You found the answer to your second question. Install the pdf printer.
Some people with Adobe Acrobat already installed, still had to add the
tmg pdf printer.
